I had booked a Schengen Visa service with Visa2Fly and was assisted by Mr. Zaid Farooq Bala. In the past, I have worked with multiple representatives from Visa2Fly, including Ms. Mansi Metri, whose case handling was extremely efficient, professional, and pitch-perfect. However, my experience this time was quite different. My application was handled by Mr. Zaid Farooq Bala, and unfortunately the service quality did not meet the standards I had previously experienced with your organization. Throughout the process, his tone often came across as condescending when responding to requests or queries. While I did ultimately receive my visa, the overall documentation, appt booking experience required constant follow-ups from my side. At times it felt less like I had engaged a visa service provider and more like I was managing the process myself. Additionally, the handling of Schengen visa application appeared that he had lack of knowledge in process, professionalism and efficiency. It gave me the impression that this might have been one of his first times managing the visa process, though I cannot say that for certain. While the visa was successfully issued, the overall experience was bittersweet and did not reflect the high level of service I had come to expect from Visa2Fly.

Had a terrible experience, almost lost 6,700 using Visa2Fly (through Niyo). I would suggest skipping Visa2Fly. Depending on the country, official portals are quite simple and often cheaper to use. If possible I'd go for them. This time too I should've done that but got lazy and went with Visa2Fly. --- I'd booked two visas, one for 30 days and another for 90. When I realized I was being charged an unreasonable amount for the 90day one, I cancelled it. I did this within a few hours of paying for it. A few days later I was informed that the refund has been initiated. Since I was busy, I forgot to check whether I had received it. A month later I remembered about it, so I checked my account and found that I had not received the money. So I contacted their support who asked me to check my accounts, I already had. I asked for an RRN (Retrieval Reference Number for checking transaction with my bank), but was given an invalid ID which was from their internal system so not something the bank would recognize. I informed him that the number was invalid, but the same thing was repeated. Finally he told me the accounts team cannot get hold of an RRN and that I will have to share my account statements. This is massive breach of a customer's privacy, the responsibility of providing a refund reference should be on the businesses, most share this on making a transaction. Visa2Fly doesn't do that. I was pretty pissed off at this point, after more than ten calls and several more exchanges over email, I'm told that I'll have to give up private information. Having no other option I handed over nearly a month and half of transactions. After a few days, I get an email saying my refund has been processed along with, once again, an invalid id marked as an RRN number. After telling the support agent that once again it's invalid, a day later I finally received an RRN that looked valid that I could share with my bank. Fortunately, before I could check with my bank, I received a message informing me that 6,700 had been credited to my account. I'm guessing their accounts team realized that the initial transaction didn't go through and initiated a new one. They of course didn't inform me of this, or apologize for wasting my time and energy. This was such an incredibly frustrating experience. Getting the refund took nearly two months. --- To their credit, the person handling support was often prompt with the communication (mainly through calls), had that not been the case, I can only imagine this would've been infinitely more frustrating.
