VFS GLOBAL - Gurgaon

I reached in the middle ofa work day around 1 30pm, and found that the office was closed. No, not lunch break, just closed. Completely vacant, doors locked, not a paper in sight. The passerby who showed me the way to office informed me they open and close the office on a whim and are usually closed. Just assume that this branch doesn't exist. Take the metro to Delhi. Edit Reply: I have already received help at the Shivaji Stadium metro VFS Global. Care to explain why office opening and closing is not being updated on GMaps, when you can take the time to reply to each review?

Good place staffs are courteous.. if visa request is urgent I'll suggest to submit in Delhi center as it takes extra day to reach Gurgaon center. Also open on Saturday from 10am only for premium service customer.

Went to apply for the Czech Republic Visa. 1. Polite and supportive staff 2. Quick processing (I didn't have an appointment, so went as a walkin and everything was done within an hour) 3. They didn't accept any cards from (had to go down to the ATM in the mall, but I think it was because the Czech Embassy accepted Visa fee only in cash) 4. Attached list of countries which has Visa applications accepted here.

The centre is clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. The process takes more time than it should. I think as the centre is very small, the person who processes your documents sits in a very cramped space which affects his productivity and it also looks like the centre is understaffed. They call it a premium lodge (and charge extra for it), but there is space for only three people to sit in that waiting room. I suppose the 'premium' service is only the refreshments that are offered to you. But overall it is a good centre and convenient for people residing in Gurgaon who do not want to go all the way to Delhi on a working day.

AC not working, people are sweating but no arrangements for any fan etc made... very long wait time.. inefficient token system.. manual tokens given by security staff and the executives shout for next token. Need digitalization... they can't even track, how long they have made specific applicant wait for their number.. insufficient seating arrangements.. should have more chairs... Positives... very friendly staff... quite polite with smiles on everyone's faces, convenient location with ample parking space.

It is a pretty small office and I was there to apply for a UK visa. There was only one person managing that particular desk, and hence it did take quite a lot of time. I just felt, being a "premium lounge", there ought to be quick service provided they even charge Rs.4000 odd as their "lounge fee".

Well kept office. But giving an appointment at 12 noon and meeting the person at 1330 does not go well with the reputation of VFS Global. Their working style should also be Global standard.

The premium lounge service is a hoax. Made me wait for 3 hours before even taking the documents. No photocopy support, no one to answer your questions, no refreshments even after making me wait for that long. One of the worst VFS experiences ever. The Delhi branch is a lot more efficient. The attitude of the whole staff (of 2 people) was disappointing and self obsessed.
