Documents are never delivered and just returned back to sender same day. No one bothers to call or even the sms does not have the contact number of the postman One needs to understand that every such documents are important for receiver and certain effort has gone behind it. Not delivering, returning back to sender without reattempting, not even calling the receiver showd the lazy attitude. Hope some body looks at it and takes serious action.

Pathetic service, irresponsible staff. Doesn't even contact the customer or attempt delivery. Gives false report of wrong address. Landline number given on the net is also for namesake no one picks up the calls. Important document gets returned without even delivery attempt. Untrained staff enjoying the Govt job. The office should be closed if they dont know how to do their work

Such a cheap service provided by this post office. I sent a important document to someone in gurugram. tracking details show ordered delivered but not received to the sender yet. Also, they don't pick up calls from customer. If you don't have capability to work for customer then close this cheap post office.

One of the bad experience in life and very bad situation and conditions of Indian post. Never recommend. My mistake so I send my urgent documents by Speed post and bearing loss to not deliver on time.. Multiple Pvt companies deliver post on same day in delhi/ncr area. Worst services. I think govt should be take action against this type of third class service.

Horrible experience here. The staff guy is absolutely pathetic! Shoddy and pathetic office and staff who is not at all helpful! Horrific things how India postal system works! Government better start looking into these issues faced by common man!
