"Overall, the process at RTO Badshahpur (HR98) is manageable, and the staff at the office is helpful and guides applicants well through the steps, which is reassuring. However, there are a few important steps that are not clearly mentioned online. After completing the driving licence application on the Sarathi website, applicants must complete the Haryana Red Cross 'Basic Road Safety and First Aid' training, followed by a 15-question online assessment. Only after passing this assessment do you receive a Pass Certificate, which is mandatory to print and attach with the DL/LL application. This training and assessment can be completed online from any location by paying a fee of 300. At present, applicants usually come to know about this requirement only after visiting the RTO and getting documents checked. If this information were clearly mentioned on the Sarathi website, it would save time and extra visits. The final step is appearing for the 10-question online LL test at the RTO office computer terminal. Based on the result, the Learner's Licence is issued immediately. Sharing this experience so it helps future applicants plan their visit better."

Excellent services took me just five minutes for the whole job .ample parking space and helpful staff .got my message for successful verification within five minutes hopefully the license will also arrive in time

Parking available. For Learning licence its recommended to fill application and haryana red cross certificate online. exam etc takes 30 mins approx including waiting. The place also has a aadhar centre for new or revised aadhar needs

Please don't give your driving test here. They tell you to make an H on a dirt track for the driving test. The spaces between the cones are very small and the track is uneven, especially when it rains. The track is made in a way so that it is not possible to clear the test unless you have a very small car, and if you don't have a small car, you will have to pay someone.

Visited for DL renewal Process was very smooth and completed in less than 5 minutes if all your documents are compel There wasn't any token system Went around 10 30 am.. paid parking fee of 50rs got a file made for 10 rs.. there is sufficient parking and sitting place.. go to jp room to get documents checked.. 1 address proof is sufficient.. could be aadhaar aswell No online test of red cross required for renewal Just show documents at counter #6 or 8 and get a confirmation receipt... License will be the sent to your address within 10-15 days.. they will keep your old DL..

Excellent experience! The staff were very supportive and helpful throughout the process. The facility was less crowded, making it a comfortable visit. Ample parking space was an added convenience. I applied for a duplicate RC and received it within the given timeline. The application submission process was quick and efficient, taking only 5 minutes. Highly recommend!"
