My atm card delivered here. But they didn't bother to deliver it. I have to go there and check it. After that, they hand over it to me. I'm in my pregnancy stage. Still there is no facility of delivery from post office. They didn't even care about you, if u go there and ask them about your parcel. They told me ye to aaj vapis jane vala h aap bank se hi lena ab. After requesting them, they hand over it to me.

None of my parcels were delivered. at the end of the day i had to go and pick up the parcel 5-6 times. Currently i have a speed post that is just sitting there, it has been 15 days already. non of the employees are working seriously...they just seem to be flirting with each other and entertaining them self really horrible service ...we dont have any option to c9mplain on them as well...it is a horrible service they are providing if i could give 0 start i would do thatbecause that is what their efforts are

As an citizen it is my request to the authorities to take strict action towards the staff and to educate them how to behave in an organisation, the seats for service were empty people were waiting,
They are having lunch at the time of services and when they are being directed by the citizens they are being rude towards them.
Older and senior citizens are treated very poorly and asked to shut up
and many more,
This should be taken extreme case of misbehaviour and its a literal shame for your authorities too.

Very bad experience, 2 parcels received at this post office and they des not deliver your parcel. The only option is you have to go and take your parcel from them. Poor service. It must be improved atleast

Simply not interested in doing their job. Parcel is received from Singapore in 7 days and customs cleared, but sitting in their Sec. 56 office (5 mins. from my place) for last 10 days with dispatch and invoicing status running back and forth! Miserable and pathetic like any other government sector service..

I will request government to remove this PO from addhar centre list. The person responsible for the addhar card is totally irresponsible and with worst customer behaviour. He makes excuses website is not working and only for children here addhar will be made. Worst experience

Worst service. Went there. System wasn't working . Then went to the post office in Galleria market, their printer wasn't working. Went to sector 56 again a few days, again the system wasn't working. They should shut shop. Wasting everybody's time
