Worst behavior they are mostly frustrated , also no one will help , just ask normal stationery people nearby they will guide how to proceed in case there is issue

|- Mostly overcrowded on weekend days, prefer to visit in afternoon. |- It is near to Punjab National Bank, Near to Passport office and to BK hospital. |- Staff is not so good and it will take more than half an hour for searching parcels. |- Need to work on proper work flow, sanitation and to solve customer problem. |- Also they have to work on their customer support

Very bad behaviour of the staff. Non of them want to work. Every staff of the counter will tell you to go to other counter. Basically they are very rude, very slow and very inefficient people sitting this post office.

Extremely Poor Service - Needs Urgent Attention The service at this post office is very disappointing. Even for a simple task like updating a passbook, customers are forced to wait for 5-6 hours. Despite having 5-6 counters, only one counter remains open, leading to long queues and unnecessary delays. This is a head office branch, yet the service is unacceptably poor. I strongly urge the senior management and government officials to take immediate action to improve the efficiency and service quality. Citizens deserve better service and faster processing at such an important facility. Please take this issue seriously!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with your delivery service. Very poor service as staff changed they don't know nothing about software only delay for simple tasks

Absolutely inefficient and incompetent staff and administration. The parcels keep lying their unattended and completely lost. The consignee has to go their personally to find and retrieve the packet. Disgustingly disappointing service.
