It was my first time traveling to China, and I was extremely stressed because I had never travelled by flight before. I needed to book my ticket and get the right guidance. Two days before my journey, I tried calling many places, but no one was able to guide me properly. I could have booked the ticket online myself, but it was a complicated task and required perfect planning. My visa had also arrived just two days earlier, which made everything even more difficult. I spoke to an agent in Delhi, but he couldn't guide me well. Then I contacted an agent in Kolkata, but even that didn't help. After that, I started searching in my own area--Valsad. I personally visited 2-3 offices, but even they were not able to give proper information about the Hong Kong transit visa process. After a lot of struggle, I finally got an address-- DIGIZONE CSC & Overseas, run by Tariq Bhai Pathan. I called him, but he was out of station in Vapi. Still, he came specially for me and provided complete ticket details. He also filled out the Hong Kong transit visa form for me. He booked a perfect Cathay Pacific flight, including meal arrangements. From the moment my ticket was booked until I reached the airport, he stayed connected with me. My route was via Sri Lanka and then China (Guangzhou). Throughout the entire journey, he remained in contact with me, even late at night. When I needed help around 1 AM, he still responded immediately. My return flight was 15 days later. Even then, from Guangzhou to Hong Kong and from Hong Kong to Mumbai, he stayed connected with me until every takeoff and landing. He is an extremely kind, calm, and helpful gentleman. Tariq promised us 200% x 10 times that Tatkal passport will be done WITHOUT any other identity such as Aadhaar or Pan cards and we were misguided totally, money was taken and when we went to passport office, the officers rejected and advised that we have been clearly cheated.
