A small passport office, but fairly organised in terms of how the process moves, with a simple seating area and clear instructions for applicants
The workflow is smooth, and things generally move in a proper sequence.
However, the staff behaviour can be quite rude at times -- even though they are attentive and instructive, the communication style feels harsh and not very customer-friendly
Still, the work gets done efficiently, and services are handled without much delay.
A place where the process is fine, but the attitude and interaction could be much better

The staff shows a complete lack of professionalism and does not know how to speak to the public. The behavior is rude and unhelpful.
There is no proper organization in the office--multiple sections are crowded into one room, there is no token system, and no clear guidance for applicants.
I strongly suggest people go to Rajkot Passport Office instead, which is far better managed. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to conduct an inquiry into the functioning of Jamnagar Passport Office and improve basic public service standards.

Waste of time and money . The staff was rude and didn't work according to government guidelines . They went for lunch during working hours and everyone has to wait for hours . The officer appointed for document verification was really rude and was working according to his own mind . No batch and sequence followed and then has the audacity to argue with everyone who pointed his mistake . Worst experience. I would suggest just better to take appointment at Rajkot PSK for faster and better response.

Staff at Jamnagar chandi bazar are the worst ever, government should seriously remove them or ask them to improve there behaviour, as we need passport, we have to listen and just can't speak against there rude behaviour. Tine and money wester

The place is very clean and also sufficient space available inside the office. The sitting facilities are also good,
There are two different counter for help and support,
The Staff is supportive and helpful [Which i met]. Only little bit delay in work. But not a huge rush or traffic at office, They starting work from morning 09:30 hrs.
Proper parking space was not available at there. It's and heavy traffic on road due to peoples are parking vehicle on the road.
This is located on the first floor of post office, chandi bajar, infront of jain derasar, Jamnagar.

Worst experience, worst passport office, no any assistance no support. Very poor management. Very slow work. Other passport office work very fast and full support from staff. Here total waste of time.
Recommended to go Rajkot PSK is better if you add travelling time from jamangar to Rajkot and return still it's fast and convenient as compared to waiting 3-4 hrs at Jamangar POPSK even after booked appointment.
