Easy to reachout , Near from bus station , Staff is good.

I have submitted passport application on 24/04/2024 and in which i write my current address but i got appointment on "11/06/2024 , 11:45 AM" so untill that my addressed has changed and also i change that in my adreess proof but on Appointment date they refuse to change my address as per my current adress proof also after verification failed i take Appointment of Head office on "01/07/2024 , 04:15 PM" and they also refuse to help with change in adress and make me do to cancel my aaplication, So why this service is not helping needy people also why head office with my adress proof not allowed to change my adress and why passport seva candra also reject to do same. this is not accepatable as the process of geting Appointment is this much delay then why you are not allowed to change adress after submission of form why we need to create new application and again pay same for the service i also have proof that my adress has changed in my aadhar card after i submitted the application of passport so please do something with this problem.

Very good service, Nice staff. Help each and every member and guide to the point and helpful nature of both officer . Gandhinagar people must select this office and complet your new passport, renew within one and half hour.

Very poor system. Despite having appointment of 2 pm and reaching there before fine, if there are people sitting with appointment timing of 3 or 4pm they will be entertained before you as there is no timing system. Here they work on token system. So, my suggestion is don't waste your valuable time at gandhinagar office instead go to Ahmedabad office. Similar scenario for aadhaar seva Kendra.

I'm not local so I was little nervous going for the document verification but to my surprise both the attendants were really cooperative and helpful. I'm glad that I chose Gandhinagar Passport Seva Kendra.
