Regional Passport Office Goa

Useless office.. enquiry counter staff is creating business to private xerox setup. Asking unnecessary prints and xerox. I was 15 mins late as the counter lady told me to take additional prints and was rescheduled. Counter girl denied remembering me when I returned with documents. Passport office in UAE and Saudi is so friendly with smooth process, I understood they were different staff and not the same.

The guard at the gate is extremely rude. Inspite of having 9:30 as reporting time, he will not send you inside till 9:45. I had to apply for renewal of my about to expire passport for which the process inside was smooth. You will be given a token number based on which you have to go to counters A, B and C. The whole process doesn't even take 15 minutes provided you have all the necessary documents and their xerox copies. Good service. Please ask the guards to speak properly. People coming here are respectable goan citizens, not some roadside beggars. 3 stars cut for the guard.

I recently visited the Regional Passport Office in Goa, and I must say it is one of the most organized government offices I've ever been to. The staff are humble, patient, and exceptionally polite. They take the time to explain the process clearly and even assist in submitting your documents when needed. A few tips for visitors: - Ensure you arrive on time and do not miss your reporting slot. - Carry all the documents mentioned in your appointment form. - Keep some cash and change handy for any small fees or requirements. Always carry the following: - Aadhar Card - PAN Card - Voter ID - Latest Marksheet - Birth Certificate - Two passport-sized photos (for emergencies). Note : Don't forget to bring both the originals and xerox copies of these documents. With a little preparation, your visit will be smooth and hassle-free!

Terrible customer service. Made my girlfriend dance from counter to counter without any communication and proper information. Not interested in helping people pass through in adequate time. Over 2 days we had to wait a total of 7 hours. Would give 0 stars if possible

I did not understand the concept of giving specific appointment times, if you have to make people stand in queues for 30mins at token counters.

Very courteous and efficient staff on all the corners. The only bad experience is at the gate, as the guard is rude and doesn't understand what is written in the appointment letter and insists on granting entry to visitors at his pleasure and whims.

Really Professional & accommodating. Had a great experience every time I visited the Passport Office here.
