Great support from Vanessa with arranging local flights, hotel in Badami and with 3-days travel with driver (Sathi) from Hubli to Goa and visiting major heritage sites around Badami. Extremely Disappointed and Angry - Pathetic Service I'm writing this review to warn others about the horrible experience I had with Travco Holidays Pvt Ltd, specifically with Bruno Gomindes, regarding my birth registration in Portugal. It's been almost 5 years since I submitted my documents, and they're still nowhere close to completing the process. They promised a 10-12 month turnaround time, but it's clear they had no intention of keeping their word. The service has been absolutely pathetic. I've had to deal with multiple agents at Travco, all of whom have left the agency, and I'm forced to explain the same issues to new agents. No one takes responsibility, and no one cares about the delay. Bruno Gomindes is the worst. He's unresponsive, unprofessional, and doesn't care about his clients. I've tried calling, emailing, and messaging, but it's like talking to a wall. I've lost count of the number of times I've been let down. I'm extremely disappointed and angry that I've wasted almost 5 years of my life on this process. If you're considering using Travco Holidays, don't. They'll take your money and leave you hanging. I'll be taking further action if I don't get a response from them soon. This is unacceptable, and someone needs to be held accountable. *UPDATE:* Still no response from Travco Holidays. Guess I'll have to take it further.

I applied for my UK visa through Euro World in panjim and considering he applied for it in an incorrect way, and not uploading a couple of documents, my visa got rejected. Hence a couple of months later I went to Travco Holidays and met Mr Bruno Gomindes and he guided me on the entire process and made sure he attended to every call of mine, thereafter introduced to his team mate Swezel Coelho and afterwhich she attended to me. She ensured everything went smoothly and every document was in place and then only applied. Hence she left no reason for which my visa would be rejected. I'm really grateful for the way she handled my entire case and now I've finally got my visa.

We recently had a wonderful Thailand Tour with my Family through Travco Holidays. Vanessa N was amazing she took lot of efforts to manage and plan our trip and she had fulfilled our requirements... whenever we need to ask something to Vanessa 24/7 she was available for us , even when she was off duty, really appreciate it . In the tour everything was so smooth and planned ... would certainly recommend to others and our first choice for the next Holidays...and thank very much Vanessa N and Travco Holidays.
