Today I visited RTO office but RTO office is Located at Rajori Garden Pink Line Gate Number 2 but the staff is not supporting.

I went here for learner licence .. staff is ok. But if you have Bike so it park at safely. Because here parking issues and its TOW AWAY ZONE

Mismanagement no proper information here behavior of staff is not up to the mark .

Surprisingly good. I went to Raja Garden RTO and Hari Nagar RTO to obtain my MCWG DL. Raja Garden one is much better with seating arrangements for applicants and decent enough staff. The only problematic aspect about the premises is the availability of touts outside the gate. I don't know why the Delhi Police and the Delhi Government are silent on them. On one hand you vouch for the safety of roads and on the other hand you allow these touts to flourish. Passing the MCWG test is easy however people make it look like it's JEE exam. Before coming for the MCWG test, go to a park and thoroughly study your bike. Thoroughly observe the clutch-race relationship, low speed balancing and the ability to seamlessly use the indicator switch. Once you ace all these, passing the MCWG test will be pretty easy. Also make sure your bike has self start cause in case if the bike switches off, you can restart it instantly through self without losing your balance. Also make sure the indicators are fully working and completely visible otherwise they will fail you. Also take printouts with you of the forms, your vehicle should have L sign both in back and the front, make sure you're wearing shoes AND helmet. That's all. Good luck.

I went for Learners License appointment. Staff was okay. Could be more patient and they don't have a generator so if electricity is out, your test date will be rescheduled. Good thing, they asked to come on next working day and themselves rescheduled the appointment date for that day and everything was streamlines. Test was easy and you get learners licence in 15 minutes from clearing the test.
