I had a very positive experience at the Qatar Visa Centre. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Vijay Gupta from the security team. He was extremely helpful, polite, and patient in answering all my queries related to visa application doubts. His guidance made the process smooth and stress-free. Such supportive staff truly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for the excellent service.

I recently visited the Delhi QVC Center for a medical examination. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience overall. Staff Conduct: The staff did not communicate with respect. Customer Service: Furthermore, the staff did not treat individuals coming from rural areas with the appropriate level of professionalism and courtesy. This was a deeply negative experience, and I believe the center should address the staff's conduct immediately to ensure all patients are treated with respect and dignity.

This is a humble request to the Indian Government and concerned authorities to please look into the functioning of the QVC visa medical centre in Delhi. Thousands of people, especially from small towns and rural areas, are suffering here due to poor management, long wait times, and unethical practices. People are made to wait for 10-12 hours without basic facilities -- no proper seating, no food, no clear instructions. It's heartbreaking to see elderly people, women, and even patients standing for hours, all for a medical that takes just a few minutes. Even worse, after the test, many are told their report is "positive" without any clear medical explanation. They are then forced to pay 3000 to get the report cleared or to avoid delays. This feels like a scam targeting helpless applicants who have no option but to pay to save their visa process. We request the Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Health, and other government bodies to immediately audit and regulate these centres. These are not just complaints -- this is real suffering of Indian citizens trying to go abroad for work and livelihood. India deserves better. Please take action.

Visited QVC Delhi for my visa medical recently, and honestly, it was one of the worst service experiences I've had. There were no proper seating arrangements, no water, no clear instructions -- just people standing and waiting endlessly for hours. Some had been there since early morning and were still waiting late into the evening. The actual medical test took just 5-10 minutes, yet we were made to wait the entire day with zero communication from the staff. Even worse, once the test was done, the real stress began. Out of nowhere, I was told that one of my results came back positive, without any explanation or proper documentation. They simply said, "You need to pay 3000 or come back for a revisit." It felt like a scare tactic, not a professional medical procedure. What's even more concerning is that this same thing happened to multiple people around me. It seems like a pattern -- either pay or be delayed. It's mentally exhausting, especially for people coming from other cities or villages. This needs serious attention from the authorities. The way reports are being handled lacks basic ethics and respect for people. It's not just poor service -- it's exploitation.
