Laxmi Nagar Sub Office - India Post Office

The staffs were very rude. Acted as if they are not interested in doing their job. There was a woman too who was unnecessarily too loud and rude!! Never visiting the office again i'd rather use private courier services!!

Very poor and pathetic services. Always ready for saying no to public. Shocked to know that no signature and KYC is there in system for my mother savings account even when regular transactions were there. My father visited 2 times along with mother and once along with me but still unable to close the account. Mr Harsh (old man) there (I don't know his post, may be BM), thinks he is the owner of Bank and will retire in 1-2 years with lot of money without doing any work and janta jaye bhaad me. This rude old man types with "No Service culture," are the main reason for ill health of our PSU Banks. When you question him for reason for "chakkar lagate raho for account closure), he says ab karake dikha liyo kaam. One important thing as per website Bank timings are from 9 am to 3 pm but this old man is running Branch through his own rules. Pls note that timing of this branch is till 2 pm on week days and 12 pm on working Saturdays. Bank top management should investigate this if they want to improve this Branch.

The staff works slow. The place is mostly crowded. They were also understaffed and the server was not working for a long time.

Unless you see the board it looks like residential building. Speedpost timing is only upto 3pm on mon-fri and till 2pm on sat.

My parcel for Rakhi was sent on 12 august from Mumbai, has not been delivered yet, today 20/08/2024. No clue, fone temporarily out of service. I am shocked to read the views....... Want to update that after efforts, calling here and there to concerned people, I had got my parcel delivered (though very late)with all goods in that... thank you authorities for taking steps.....

A post office with government employees. The work here is not done with a super speed. It's better to visit early as much as possible to get your work done smoothly. Sitting area is available and if doing any speed post or courier service, always remember to carry loose or spare money with yourself.

Pathetic experience as nobody is willing to listen you. They are kind of the lazy government servant which have nothing to do with the problems of the customers but their comfort only. Service wise it can be considered as worst as per my experience. They employees are busy talking to themselves so who cares for the work when you are already busy but in talking.

I have not visited the office, but I had to receive two parcels through it, which were coming from Chennai. The first one was a registered parcel and the other a speed post. The registered one was delayed for a long duration of about 10 days; but it was delivered with the speed post later on, which was on time. But they do not answer any calls, on any number.
