India Post new building

I had visited the post office to send a Speed Post. The lady at Counter No. 2 initially asked me to pay 85 in cash. When I requested to make the payment via UPI (digital mode) instead of cash, she refused and stated that the office does not accept UPI payments. When I asked for a reason, she avoided answering several times. After insisting, she reluctantly agreed but made an inappropriate remark saying, "You will have to make the payment again and again until I confirm that I have accepted it." I proceeded to make the UPI payment. She again asked for my mobile phone to scan, which I found unusual and concerning. When I requested her to verify the payment first, she became rude and displayed visibly frustrated behavior. The concerning part is that while she initially demanded 85 for the Speed Post when paying by cash, the actual amount charged via UPI was only 55. This discrepancy raises a serious concern about possible corruption or malpractice in handling cash transactions.

The post office is working in extended hours for parcel booking from 03:00PM till 10:00PM .....Monday to Saturday that's very good and appreciated.

Takes ten minutes for one post. Line waiting is easily two hours. In bangalore, the same is reduced to two mins.

Poorest delivery person namely Arjun Ram . He delivered my parcel to some other person unread of me. I found that with great difficulty after tracking shipping. He said he has no time to deliver it to the right person . So whosoever he found convenient he delivered it ,in my big institute instead of delivering to my address.

Dedicated staff. Strict rules.Often crowded for PLI ,speedpost services. Banking services are swiftly done. Computerized process. Take appropriate allowance of time with you though to avoid minor hiccups. Located near the community center of sector 6

I was there to send a courier and it was my first time sending a courier from Delhi and I asked the lady in the counter in a very pleasing manner please help me as rather than helping she was so rude and started talking in her phone if you can't help others people than whats the point of working and yes not just you everyone is working hard to earn their living.. And if you can't handle a single customer then please leave the counter and give it to someone who knows how to work and handle the pressure of work.

New office building, was Hard to find the location for first time visit, but helpful and polite staff gets the work done! Saw red building from far, make sure to enter between the broken wall to reach office building!

Situated in Sector -6 Dwarka.Although easily approachable but little bit hidden behind the Shops and dhabas. Very Spacious from outside (parking area)only from inside it is very small and congested. Only 3-4 counters in which passport size photo service is also there. If you are in 7th or 8th in the Que your position is at the gate door . Service is good some more windows required. The parking area is big.
