Ashok Vihar Head Post Office

ln PLI department l have had a wonderful experience after getting an insurance claim of my husband's policy . Mr.Omveer had made it possible within less than a week which otherwise is expected for getting it in months. l really appreciate his efforts and kind behaviour.

Worst post office. Seems like they don't want to work and just keep giving excuse so that they don't have to work. Especially the third counter from the left. The guy sitting there gives suggestions to other employees and makes it difficult for the general public to book parcels. No wonder this is the worst post office there is. These guys treat their govt. jobs as picnic

Waiting for last half an hour for sending a parcel through speed post. I am informed server not working and told they don't know when it will start. Normally very poor service in this post office. Last time even revenue stamps were not available because the person incahrge of selling stamps is on leave

Not satisfied with the staff and their work. Every time they disappointed. Lazy work and less staff. Post office Banking service is also poor. All departments have the same behaviour and attitude. From buying postage stamps to postal life insurance evey thing here is a big task. Huge queue. Having huge space and huge infrastructure this post office is unable to utilise it's resources. Aadhar card enrollment and updation services is worst here. One has to come early in the morning to aquire the token.

STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY RUDE TO LOCALS, STAFF PEOPLE DOESN'T COME ON TIME FOR DUTY MISUSING OUR TAXES!! ATM SERVICE DOESN'T WORK! ATM DOESN'T HAVE CASH AND GAURD FOR SECURITY! SEE THE VIDEO AND PICS I HAVE UPLOADED!!

Don't understand where to start from. Indian postal services are the worst in the world. The servers of these so called digital post offices are down every single day. Even if you have smallest of task you should come with atleast 3-4 hours of spare time. So many elderly people keep waiting in the queues for hours because of their incompetent behaviour and the server issue. It took them 4 hours to make entries in my pass book when I was on 8 place in the queue. Server down is something where we cannot say anything to post office staff. You have to keep calm and experience the New Digital India. My account is 8 yrs old in Ashok Vihar post office. Whenever I go their for any task their server is always down and I never find my self lucky to get the work down in minutes infact at least 3 hours irrespective of the work. Long queues because people are working such a pace slower than a snail. GOVERNMENT should think about people's valuable time who can do some concrete work instead of standing in post office queues. Government should also think about senior citizens who are standng their for hours. It's high time to update the services of Government departments or close them. Pathetic. Pic courtesy Internet.

Very bad experiences from staffs...bad attitude...not explaining well,lazy.. don't know how to behave with customers... especially male staffs..
