Passport Seva Kendra

I visited psk pandri Raipur for passport. Just due to small mistake ,in filling the form,I was put on hold which could have been corrected by the officer himself looking at my old passport and my all completed documents. EVEN THE APP HAS IT'S DRAWBACK. IT DOESN'T GIVE EDIT OPTION TO YOUR OWN FORM ONCE HALF FILLED. I m a retired Soldier n a senior citizen. Thanks Aircondition office ke vir jawano. This still is old Bharat. Good luck youngsters.

Actually.. i got tensed after seeing the reviews..but it was not that much horrible there...please take all ur necessary documents needed..it will be easy for u.. Bad part is no waiting place provided out side..no place to sit for people who go early.. and take aadar card original and signatur valid xerox copy..if not available, go to aadar update center which is in 3rd floor and get printout with aadar number and otp(30rps).

Hello people from passport office, I am writing regarding an issue where someone else's PCC cert. was delievered to our address as envelop mentioned our address but instead of our PCC certificate we got some one else's, tried reaching out by calling let me know if this can be resolved or will need escalation on social media. Looking forward for your response.

Avoid this PSK at all possible costs. They are corrupt, indecent, and come up with new documents to put passport issuing on hold. None of their reasons seem valid, i.e. if they even try to explain. Especially those officers trying to verify your documents. And if you try to reason with them, they don't hesitate to behave rudely. They have asked for a Bonafide certificate for reissuing of a passport which is no where mentioned on the official website. Save your time and money and avoid Raipur Psk.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Passport Seva Kendra, Pandri, Raipur. One of the TCS staff members, behaved very rudely and was completely unprofessional. She misbehaved with applicants and mistreated people, without any courtesy or basic respect. Visitors come here for an important government process and expect guidance, not unnecessary arrogance or harsh behaviour. The TCS authorities should look into this and ensure that staff maintain proper customer service standards and such rude staff members should be removed.

This is the most corrupt passport office in the country. They put applications on hold for no reason and keep calling people again and again just to harass them. They ask for useless documents that are not even mentioned on the official website. When I first applied under Tatkal, they kept my file on hold because I work from home for Rajsthan company while my hometown is in Chhattisgarh. They forced me to bring a written letter that I'm working there, and refused to accept PDF or email proof. Later, they changed their words and said I should close my Tatkal application and apply again normally. No clear rules, only lies and tricks to waste people's time. They never answer emails or phone calls. I suffered for 4 months, and in the end I had no option but to pay an agent. The moment money was paid, my passport was ready in just 5 days. This proves how shamelessly corrupt these people are. This office runs only on bribes and harassment. They fool common people, waste time, and loot money. A government office behaving like this is a big shame for the whole system. Senior officer are not taking action because they also get comission from agent.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I visited the Passport Seva Kendra, Raipur with all valid and verified documents -- Driving Licence, Bank Passbook, PAN Card, Voter ID, and 10th Marksheet. Photos and fingerprints were taken, and originals were checked. However, my application was rejected because I didn't submit a birth certificate, even though my documents already meet the government's official list for passport verification. As per Passport Seva rules, a birth certificate isn't mandatory if valid DOB proof like a driving licence or 10th marksheet is provided. The rejection was unfair and caused unnecessary delay.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Passport Seva Kendra. The process here is extremely slow, and there seems to be a lack of proper management. I also noticed that the guards allow some people who come later to go inside earlier after taking permission, while others are made to wait. This partial treatment is very frustrating and unfair. Overall, it was one of the worst service experiences I've had.
