I had a fantastic experience at the passport office today! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. It's refreshing to encounter such a positive atmosphere in a government office.

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Motihari Passport Office, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I encountered several issues that I believe should be addressed to improve the service provided to the public. 1. Lack of Seating: There were no chairs available for visitors to sit while waiting. This added to the discomfort, especially considering the long waiting times. 2. Slow Processing by Staff: The staff appeared to be working very slowly. On average, it took around 30 minutes to attend to each individual, which significantly increased the waiting time for everyone. 3. Excessive Appointment Delays: Despite having an appointment scheduled for 11 AM, my number wasn't called until 5 PM. This six-hour delay is unacceptable and reflects poor management and inefficiency.

Here the staff are very rude they don't know how to talk.and one very important thing to be noted they don't value the appointment timing that is given on the slip when we apply for the passport online.so it's better to visit as soon as the office get's open so you don't have to wait for longer period as they are very slow in their work.

Service is very bad, we can say disgusting. If you go here you have to wait for your biometric irrespective of whatever your appointment time is. The wait is very long. Once you complete this process then again you have to wait for the receipt for a very long time. This is how they work. So suggestions are that if you have so much time to waste then go here else go somewhere else where you get an appointment.

This is a very good place Actually it is aoffice situated in tha courtyard of Motihari post office (HO) I use to com here from very livelihood My Grand father Mr Mahadew Tiwari was post master there during RoylB ritish period The place is spacious and well pland

Very helpfull and friendly staff assisting public cheerfully.

Most of the staffs and officer in this office are busy in office time also in their own work and delaying in customer service.

Cool officers and open their eyes to catch the mistake/error in documents, like name, father's name and address...
