My experience was good. The ma'am explains everything very patiently while sitting, checks documents calmly, and clearly guides each step. If any document is missing, she politely advises. Fill Annexure-J Form Download free from Passport Seva Photo + Signature Rule (Important): With Annexure-J: Husband photo - Husband signature on photo Wife photo - Wife signature on photo This is called Self-Attested Photo (Person signs on their own photo) Passport Appointment Receipt / Slip Carry original slip showing: Batch Number Sequence Number Applicant Name Mandatory for entry. Important: If you are carrying Annexure-J Form, make sure to bring at least one document of your wife (such as Aadhaar ID or any valid ID) along with her self-attested photo. (Annexure-J form can be downloaded free from Passport Seva.) Additional Helpful Note If you forget to bring any photocopies, there is a Xerox shop near the Passport Office, so no need to worry or take tension -- you can get copies done there. Timing Note It usually opens around 10:00 AM because this is a Post Office-based passport center, not the main Passport Office. So there is no problem even if it opens a little late. Just make sure to visit according to your own appointment time. As long as you go at your scheduled slot, everything works smoothly.

It opens after 10 AM. I had an appointment at 9:15. But the staff said it will open after 10:00. So if you have appointment at 9:15 i will suggest to come after 10 AM. Please keep original documents and xerox of Aadhar, PAN/ driving licence, 10th Certificate.

I had a very smooth experience at this office. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, the lady at the document verification counter was incredibly patient and supportive. She didn't rush me; instead, she explained everything very politely and guided me through the process. Her professional and kind attitude made a stressful situation much easier. Truly grateful for her help
