Worst The passports officer are very very rude they don't have proper time management. They prefer only VIP people.

OPEN ACCOUNT ONCE REGRET FOR LIFE. Pathetic service. Worse than SBI. What services are provided on which counter is a puzzle. Operators at counter are known to delay things. Agents are prioritised and ordinary customers are treated like animals.

Aadhar card update karne wali service bhot hi bekaar h specially those staffs they don't know how to talk? Like seriously?? Atleast they can behave politely but very bad experience they don't know how to talk but I wish they get what they deserve....apne marzi se kaam karte h like jaise ki costumer ke time ka koi value nhi h? Especially those two staff I wish God one day he regret for his unnecessary bad behavior....chasma pehenne se kuch nhi hota costumer se baat karna aana chahiye..... Khud ko ias ips samajh baithe h aur waise hi costumer ko treat karte h especially women ko really..... So disgusting behaviour..... Don't go there for update instead go to adhaar centre..

Priority is given to agent & staffs take share of agent's commission on FD / KVP/ NSC/SSC. walking customers are also managed by staff to put the name of agents & who do not come under their pressure their FD / NSC are kept pending & some times done next day.It is highly irregular & leakage of central govt income by staff members. It is actually running at hpo bhagalpur.I my self treated as so three occasions. Higher management should take necessary steps to do the needful in the matters. Thanks
