Passport Office Begusarai

Indian government need to give training his staff. They don't have manner how to talk. I tack appointment but they didn't accept that application. He says it's my office so it's my rul, it's useless application.

It's better to book the passport appointment at a different kiosk. The staff there need to understand that their role is to make things easier for the public, not to create unnecessary complications. They exhibit absolutely no communication or interpersonal skills.

Visiting this passport office is one of the worst experience of my life. The guy sitting there on desk is just there for creating problems for us. Behaving like super illiterate and asked me to bring the Xerox of aadhar card in place of aadhar card downloaded from website. He got angry when I asked him the difference between both and started shouting. Nonetheless he told me that he won't process my application because he doesn't want to. He also asked me to go out since this application was of brother. I followed what he told. But it's a humble request to whomever is appointing staff for public services that they should be for service of public not for harassing them.

Unprofessional behaviour he said please pick e aadhar why no any guidelines any passport office this he behave like illiterate and not when I show virtual appointment in my mobile he said go and print your application form and print your e aadhar why ? I ask him he said no answer please go outside . Please transfer this staff sab hamari service k lie hai naaki hmme pareshan krne k lie public servent bnte hai aur aam janta ko pareshan krte hai . Aise koi guidelines nhi hai hard copy lejao

This passport office good communication with candidate , I preferred to plz visit here for new passport after submit document here after police verification under 11 day near your police station . Bcz my passport done Plz update there is passport document verification or kyc available there . Plz reply anybody who visited in passport office begusarai bihar .

When you're visit passport office do not forget to carry your orginal and photo copy document like_10th class Certificates (muul prmaann ptr), Mark sheet, Admit card, Ragistration, Provisional, and Adhar card, pan card, bank passbook with photo stumps and updated.

Good Experience, Supportive Staff, but you need carry all Required documents original & copy. Your work will be done.
