Our Nainital trip with Travelidea was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. All sightseeing points like Naini Lake, Snow View Point, and Mall Road were well managed. The team was very cooperative and everything was arranged on time. The entire trip was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended Travelidea for Nainital tour packages!

So dear team, whoever or whomever is concerned.... this was my worst experience with travelidea this time. This was my 3rd trip with you guys where i can feel you guys are doomed. Being brief, my package was a honeymoon one to manali. Things which i terribly felt wrong are: 1. Our flight was late (which was obviously not you fault) but after we reached delhi.... we wasted our 4 hours while sitting on kashmere gate to catch a volvo, which was even worst. Because the bus we got (shubh yatri travels) was not at all comfortable. And we immediately informed to Miss. Shikha and she told me she will look into it. 2. Since the package was a honeymoon package... there was inclusions of candle night dinner, bed decoration and a cake... which was written in red color on the package. But alas!!! We didn't get any of the above mentioned. After we called shikha, she told us that she will manage it tomorrow when we are already on our last day of our trip. 3. When Miss. Shikha send me the entire package, there was written pick and drop till manali volvo point... but later the driver told us that he will drop us at mall road and drop to volvo point was not on his itinerary and after we discussed about the matter to shikha, she told me that its only 5 minutes walk from mall road to volvo point so we must go by foot. How can someone with so much improper planning can make a package. And while taking the money what's shown on the package, she made a voucher afterwards which was slightly changed and told us that why haven't we read the voucher. 4. Even after being told that we didn't like the bus and miss shikha already told that she will look after it.... on the final day, she told me its the same bus that we will be travelling and when i asked her to change it she asked for 3000 more to do so. So my question is what was the use of describing our issue on the very first day when nothing changed and remain same. 5. During our stay in Kullu Manali Inn, on our first night we saw one of the window was broken and the staff were really co-operative they asked us to change the room but we denied because our room was already messy. My question with travelidea why do you book such property where they don't even know that window was broken. And the property was so much far from mall road that a taxi takes 500 to get there. There are so small small issues which I really not in the mood to be mentioned. Already drafting this message on mall road of manali. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE YOU GUYS HAVE GIVEN TO US ON OUR HONEYMOON, GIVE SOME CLAPS FOR YOUSELVES. I haven't found such incompetent, improper planning, irresponsible team. So travelidea this was last time with you guys. You gave me a regretable experience on my honeymoon. Hope we never ever cross path again and I will never recommend anyone about you guys. Wish I would asked chatgpt for an itinerary which would have been given much greater deals than paying you guys extra for planning this trip. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
