Kokrajhar Post Office

Very poor service and very bad response. On November 7th, I received a call about my parcel -- they said my parcel is large and I should come to the office to collect it. But the status already showed "Out for Delivery." The delivery person whose name was shown called me himself and said that the delivery boy didn't come to the office that day. He told me, "If you can't come today, then come tomorrow to collect it." Without even delivering the parcel, they updated the status as "Delivered" on the same day. On November 8th, I personally went to the office and collected the parcel myself.

They don't even deserve 1 star. My debit card was at the office. They didn't even deliver in my residential adress . And it was shown delivered to me in their record. Such a shame. Plus the staff got no manners to talk. Superiors should really look into this ASAP

They are not serious and committed to their work. An important documents have not reached on time, in fact didn't reach at all.

This post office is very near to Kokrajhar railway station. ATM facility, speed post and other available here.

Worst service, there were like 40-50 waiting for their work to be done .POWERCUT was more than an hour so they stopped their work . They r just causing trouble to public . Not good maintained post office

Very good post office of Kokrajhar . Apart from routine postal service it has passport services also .

Very very very much disappointed with India post......my parcel was thrown and the product was broken inside And they are telling me that the packaging was not good because they damage the product now they are making excuses Never ever go with India post ......go for DTDC much much better.....
