"The staff at Passport Seva Kendra are polite and cooperative, but the office seems understaffed. Because of fewer employees, the process takes much longer than expected and applicants have to wait for hours. If more staff could be appointed, the service would be much smoother for everyone."

Terrible experience, appointment at 9.30, first employee shows up at 10.30. Just one person doing all the work, took 4 hours and still had to make errand runs for documents.
In the end you need to again do police verification for a 4 month old baby girl when father is a psu employee and both parents have valid passports.

First time visited at 1410h on 22 Jul 22 i.e on Friday but no one was there. Asked to a person outside and he said they must have gone for lunch. If the office timing is till 1500h then why a lunch break from 1400h to 1500h. The lunch timing is not specified though. Officials if reading this, plz look into the matter.

Extremely slow in processing appointments.
40 slots a day and only one person at the counter. Waiting time exceeds over 2 hours despite asking people to come 15 mins in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Needs to get more people or have lesser appointments so that time is valued and better managed. Highly disappointed to see such slow and unprofessional work in today's digital age where so much streamlining is possible

Very bad and unprofessional. Our reporting time was 9.30am.and till now the office staff have not reached. Always they are late and unprofessional. Till 10am no one has come. This is beyond acceptable. We also have our daily work to be done. Appointment scheduled at a particular specific Time for a reason and I guess professional staff should be appointed if they don't value time.

I have travelled a distance of 140 kms by public transport taking two casual leave from duty only to find the servers not working. This is indeed hilarious. We claim to inhabit a globalised world of AI yet, we are far from being advanced technologically. I mean such negligence of duty should be reported by all stakeholders.
Two out of three attempts gone.
Please do not choose this centre.

I had my appointment at 9.15 told me to wait till 10. Why is the government works of our country so late?
They have job security doesn't mean they would come to work at the time they like and make the common people wait.
Please come according to your time,if you come according to your appointment time like mine as it was in the early morning they wouldn't be here so better come at 9.40 or 10 or so... But i didnt expect the passport works will be like this they are taking this very lightly
