Bongaigaon Municipality Office

Most disgusting office and likewise service in Bongaigaon, it took almost a year to get our building permission from this office. They just keep the file on their table and keep making filthy excuses "aji sir nai, maam nai etc etc". My father who is a 71 year old senior citizen had to visit the office repeatedly for almost a year just because we didn't take reference from any men who has connections in municipal office. And one staff namely Mintu, who I don't think is even a permanent employee behaves like he's the chairman, he is the main culprit actually who keeps giving dates, when face to face he acts politely and over the phone he is so rude, mark my words everybody please beware of this person. Not answering publics' calls is just a culture followed by all the employees there. Services like this only give an impression that govt offices don't give good service. Honourable CM Sir, if you can notice than I request you to kindly do something.

Most corrupted office...no money no work...lots of illiterate persons available in this office. Beware while taking service.

The person that comes to pickup the garbage won't come for days. Please solve this issue quickly.

Worse service.. They take money in advanced but after that they don't care about public service.
