Very poor experience at the Regional Passport Office, Vijayawada. There are far too few officers for the number of applicants, resulting in extremely long wait times. Staff are unhelpful and unwilling to listen to genuine concerns. The behavior towards senior citizens is especially disappointing and often arrogant. There is no proper help desk for guidance, no waiting room for accompanying family members, and people are forced leave . Even the security guards are rude and uncooperative. Overall, the office lacks basic professionalism, empathy, and public-service standards.
