It's not often that you leave a government office feeling this satisfied, but the team here made it happen. Truly appreciate their professionalism and supportive attitude. Great service! I recently visited the Passport Office in Tirupati, and I genuinely had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was well-organized and systematic. What impressed me the most was how polite and courteous the staff were. They were extremely helpful and patiently guided me through each step, answering all my questions without hesitation. The entire process was completed in hardly 30 minutes, which really surprised me in a good way. It was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free.

I went to chittor passport office, it is very good. Well received and there is a place for elderly to sit within post office premises and wait. Better in these area for parents. Tirupati is for young generation for faster process through multiple cabins

Extremely disappointing management. Only A and B counters were working while the C counter remained closed during operational hours. Because of this and the crowd, a simple process stretched to nearly 1.5 hours. Even applicants carrying proper documents were forced to take photocopies again inside the passport office. Most of the burden was handled by TCS staff. Authorities seriously need to improve staffing and coordination.

From the front door to the end all the Staff members are friendly and very polite. They are handling everyone carefully, explaining clearly with the needed information.a big thanks to one. And all working there.

Highly NOT recommended this branch, if you have very minor SCRATCH or water patch they demand you to pay 3k up to 5k and if you get token as early still they will call you atlast during their shift end. My passport has minor water marks which was from flood while in other country its not my mistake, immigration officers did not find it major issue while they scan everything was 100% fine even in tirupati office the machine works but the employees in that office their mind fuse off. I feel embaress myself and i feel disgusted with their service and the way they treated me. Highly not recommend to get slot in tirupati, i want to mention officers name but please mind not to go at B2 section

The applicants are only allowed depending on their appointment time, you are suppose to be here 30 minutes ahead of your appointment. Failing which you may request them only if you have a genuine reason and not delayed by more than 30 minutes. The staff are really quick, you will be asked to show your slot booking ( soft or hard copy) and the photocopies of relevant documents, you are expected to carry all the originals for verification too. The xerox can be taken inside on payment. You have to pass three steps 1) Verification at arrival 2) second level verification once inside and 3) the final verification by Govt. Officials. Once all done you will be asked to exit from a different gate. You get all the update by SMS on your given mobile number. Parking on left side after this office, a left lane 100 meters has a small free parking area.

Worst passport office I have ever seen, The office here doesn't have space for parking. Security is worst in respecting, Please come on the time which is mentioned in the appointment. Don't ever come before if you come also the security will let you in but you have to wait for token and tokens comes at assigned time. As this is the office for passport which doesn't have space outside for the parents and guardians to wait. Even this passport office get 200 to 300 people daily still they don't care about the facilities. When i visited there I was sitting in the Mc D which is 200meters away from this place. No hygiene washrooms in the office. I request to carry water, money and belonging with you. You won't be able to know when you will come back. This site is located in an apartment.

I recently visited the passport office along woth my sister and found a serious issue that affects many applicants. For most people, the staff refuses to accept photocopies brought from outside and insists that copies be taken only from the in-house counter, which charges 4 per page -- far higher than normal rates. To make it worse, the photocopy counter does not accept UPI payments, forcing everyone to pay in cash. In today's digital age, not allowing UPI is extremely inconvenient and feels unfair to applicants who come prepared with their documents. This practice creates unnecessary expense and inconvenience for citizens who have already followed all the required procedures. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take action, ensure transparency, allow outside photocopies, and enable UPI payments to make the process fair and applicant-friendly.
