Tanuku RTO Office

I recently visited the RTO office for driving license renewal and minor amendments to my existing driver's license. I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt, quick, and excellent service I received. The support from Sri. S. Srinivasu (MVI) was outstanding, and the service and follow-ups from Sri. Ganesh Babu (Sr. Assistant) was commendable. They made the entire process seamless and hassle-free. I hope the same level of service continues in the future, and this office serves as a role model for other RTO offices. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

I am Anil.B credit officer of Bank of baroda Tanuku Branch. I have personally visited RTO office for bank related hypothecation work. And staff Mr. Sanesh Babu senior assistant and Mr. S. SRINIVASU Motor Vehicle Inspector, have respectably received me and informed all the necessary documents required beforehand and also completed my work immediately by postponing the luch hour, by understanding out emergency. I have never seen such hospitality in RTO office. Really salute the srevice of the officials.

Excellent staff and the inspector sir is also awesome. They understand our requirements and help us in getting the necessary documents rather than asking us to come again and again. Keep up the good work, I wish all the government offices function like this.

Very good service.. I applied for the international driving permit and they have get that done within in minutes. Sanjeev kumar sir(motor vehicle inspector), ganesh sir(senior assistant)and vasu sir( head constable) helped me out for the whole process to get it done

Tanuku RTO office is not having proper customer amenities. Insufficient seating, no drinking water. No track for trial of driving test. On the nearest main road we have to attend for the test ride. All activities should be carried out by the brokers here. Even the staff also cannot receive if you directly applied for the licence or any RTO related activities.

It is to submit that your office services are excellent. I have felt very happy about your dedication, devotion & exemplary missionary zeal towards profession and above all your unrivaled humanism.
