My passport appointment could not be utilized due to miscommunication from them,despite my presence. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Better staff communication and guidance are needed. Applicants may consider PSKs at Bhimavaram or Vijayawada for a smoother experience.

The Very Worst Passport Seva Kendra I have Visited till now Better Go For Visakhapatnam Or Vijayawada, There is a Long Que and Nothing Happens in the Given Time Slot, No One Really knows the Knowledge about passport. Worst Experience

If i could i would have given a zero star review So my situation is that my studying abroad consultancy applied for my passport. I am a minor, so I need my parents aadhar for sure but not the passport that's what my consultancy said So we went to the popsk, the officer (bald head) there was soo arrogant, i really want to slap him hard By seeing these people i always think that the higher the position in job the more arrogance is in the person Soo as I'm minor it was really confusing to me so i called my consultancy coo, he said give him the phone I'll talk Guess what that arrogant officer said "government officer tho phone matladisthava?" Well he's a officer i know but what will even happen if he talks to him for a minute?!?! The staff there is as arrogant as him Atleast let my consultancy speak to them, they didn't even spoke properly The worst part the officer who claims to be in higher position called the consultancy coo a broker Atleast that officer should have respect that who's he talking about is a human like another point is that when I asked him to speak in the call he was telling everyone in the que line like we were giving him some bribery (lancham) or something, he doesn't even deserve bribery to be honest Soo I went again.. I don't have a choice tbh it's the nearest popsk for me But I wish I had choosen another one No power, they sent us away and mine was pcc and it was not rescheduled again, I'll make sure to report this particular popsk

Unnecessary waiting at POPSK. I don't know why they are asking to take Macro Xerox. I think they are getting commission from Xerox shops. Still didn't get my passport after 1 month. It's better to book appointment only in VZG PSK.

Deserve zero points.staff doesn't behave well asking for unneeded documents.staff are worst they have no knowledge about pasport they came to job with recommendations only.office is like cattle yard no timings and no que system.one small room and only three people in the office.i got time slot is 1-40pm but when I went there they went for lunch that time if lunch is between 1pm to 2pm then why they gave 145pm time slot .they talking on phone with friends in working time.if you have slightest brain go to Bhimavaram or visakhapatnam pasport office.only surrounding villagers and mind less people go to this passport office

This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We traveled a long distance, only to find out that there was no power and absolutely no prior intimation about the issue. No one informed us in advance, and upon arrival, we were simply told to reschedule our appointment. It felt like a complete disregard for our time and effort. Such lack of communication and organization is unacceptable.

The worst passport office i have ever visited in 30 years. The staff, specially, the male superior with bald head was so so rude. Didn't receive my passport after 45 days. When I go there to ask for status he just scolded for asking query as first thing when he comes office. I'm the first one in queue for waiting there already for 1.5 hours, Probably, because I asked him so politely. I would have gone with a gang to ask a query. Feeling ashamed, being a native of Rajahmundry, for such irresponsible and reckless people from this place. With these many bad reviews, I wonder why there is no action against the staff and policies here from higher authorities. Opened up a RTI query against these. Will chase till they get responsible. In short, avoid this center if you want to be peaceful and get your passport on time.

Passport seva kendram, Rajahmundry is located in Head post office Building. As per our time slot we may be allowed to verify documents at left side of the office. On verification of Xerox copies and originals our particulars will be verified in system at B1 counter. After verification our original documents will be handed over to us. Verified Xerox copies will be handed over to right side counters A1, A2 for Biometrics and to take photo etc. Final document shall be verified by us for correctness. All these procedure will take minimum of one hour if we submitted all required documents. In my case for these procedure taken one hour ten minutes.
