Passport Seva Kendra Ongole

Hi everyone, I recently had a very bad experience. For my baby passport it took 3months to get it. Generally it's should be in less than 10days. So it's better to apply passport directly in Vijayawada. Don't apply here.

staff doesn't follow the rules, my mother have 11.15 slot for the passport but The time is 12.30 but still now they never call us , The staff behaviour is lazy

staff response is good and polite they will correct if you have any mistakes in application.processing is also quick

Murali and other Staff members are very supportive. They are explaining everything if there is any mistake in documents. Always carry original and Xerox documents. Don't forget to renew your passport before it's expiry date otherwise you need to submit all ID and Address proof documents.

Staff are very helpful. Place is very compact.

Don't know how to explain about the behavior of staff. Also the time management. Point 1 : When I reached office , I am on time with right documents as mentioned on online appointment receipt. Point 2 : Verification of the documents , Why cant government appoint the right persons on this bench, it took 1 hr for verification , what ever mentioned on appointment letter they are not following that. Point 3 : why did we book the slot if it is not happening on time. My slot at 3.30 PM but I am still on line its like old school. Following the lines instead of time slot. I can suggest all my friends to write the review so that we can see the improvement on the process

PSK ONGOLE is comfort to reach quickly, but staff not co-operative, they always try to refuse everyone...my case I submitted all needful original documents (Aadhar, Voter ID, PAN card, Driving Licence, my Defence Govt ID....etc) as per online instructions, but they refused me for SSC original Marksheet which not Mandatory as per online instructions. Who will give my Bus, Auto charges to visit 2-3 times from my Markapur Town to Ongole. If they allow to submit our all documents online and process it, next one police/Local post office employee can come to our house & verify originals, that's better....Still Indian Govt Offices living in 1960's, Not upgraded to 2024 mindset

Overall a good experience for me. Everything was done in one hour. The staff is also helpful, explaining patiently what is needed.
