post office(H.O)

This has been a very disappointing experience. There appears to be little regard for people, no clear norms or standards, and no adherence to proper timings. Additionally, the security camera was repositioned in a way that raises concerns about transparency and accountability.

Average in service..! It has lot of services like postal banking services, Aadhar card issues, postal service, Government schemes..etc.

Worst and lazy staff I have seen ever. Employees are feeling very irritated to do their daily work.to do the simple work,they made u 3 times visit and 8 hours. Their ineffectiveness made customers to stand in ques for hours.i strongly does not recommend this post office. Worst management.

Worst office they will never deliver ur parcel on time. Or they will send it to another plc.

Service is very laggy as usual. What do we expect from govt service providers

Near the railway station 1st gate. Attracts a trendy crowd. Nice inside parking facility. Postman hall and postmaster chamber and counters on the ground floor. Divisional office, SP office and accounts branch on second floor. Training centre on the third floor. On the ground floor, They offer multiple services- postal savings Banking services(SB,RD,TD,MIS,SSA,SCSS,NSC,KVP,MSSC,PPF Deposits and Withdrawals), Mails(Register, Speed and Parcels), postage and revenue stamps and insurance. INDIA post payments bank, Narasaraopet branch located inside. Along with passport seva Kendra is also situated inside.
