The Google Maps location is accurate. If you're 10th pass, carry your 10th certificate + Aadhaar (1 copy each); if you're non-10th, carry Aadhaar + PAN. There's a xerox shop nearby, so no need to worry. Online appointment is mandatory even though it may not be clearly mentioned. Process (Simple One-Flow Sentence) After entering the Passport Seva Kendra, the first officer checks your Aadhaar, certificates and xerox copies and takes your signature then you go to the next officer for stamping and signing your file is forwarded and you get a token number another officer calls your name, completes data entry, photo, sign and biometrics finally, the verification officer confirms your details again and your PSK verification is finished. After PSK Police verification will be done within a week. Nearby Facilities Toilets are right opposite the office, and a tiffin center is beside the Passport Seva Kendra. Time Taken I completed everything in **2 hours**, but usually it gets done in **30-40 minutes**. Try to come by 9.20 so that process will so fast to complete Thank you

Kurnool passport office I located in a small place next to head post office ... verification officer at front desk is very cooperative . Only problem is crowded with limited cross ventilation n seating capacity is limited . And it's always better to reach early for your alloted slot time ..

Very small room and so much delay in completing the process If you r 10th pass Take 10th pass original certificate and a xerox copy of that and aadhaar original + xerox, and u need to take the appointment letter because they will not accept the sms .

I never seen people working this much fast they have completed my clear verification in just 30 min Thank you every one working there I always wanted u people to work fast as now any make people happy

Not sure why they are yelling at people , mainly the person in A1 counter shows no respect to others. I have an appointment at 12.45 they took it until 2.30 to call my name.

Parking for 4 wheelers is a challenge while 2 wheeler parking is easier. Office is large enough and well ventilated, but can get crowded depending on the time of appointment. All passport officers are helpful and speak well mannered. Just abide by the timings and rules.

My family had an appointment on 19th November, 2020. It was a worst experience as the entire process took more than 2 hours which was supposed to be finished in 20 minutes. We reported at 10AM sharp and we were called inside after 11:20AM and from there it took 1 hour. Moreover there was one women attender outside office who is bit crazy and shouting all the time. It did not have either mic or token display screen to let the people know about the token number and if we ask that attender outside she will come shouting at us.
