RTO UNIT OFFICE KOVVURU

I observed few vehicles moving in front of those checking point without having any such permits or such a proper documentation. The officer had some private staff for checking vehicles, everything in the hands of those people only. In those vehicles sand ramp tippers and Crusher tippers is also there. If accident happens to that vehicle, then also they managing the police people by using political power. Can any one change this situation....... I didn't have that much guts to write against to those people, and submit evidences also. But for support of my article, I am daring to kept some evidence. APO5 TG 3089 this vehicle is one of the water Plant vehicle established at Kovvuru. Only one time they filled case on that vehicle and after that you can know the formalities coming to the such office regularly..... still this vehicle didn't have any F.c., and Valid Insurance till this day. I had lot of tippers details also, but I said already I didn't have any guts to put on this site.

It is an isolated place and it is far from kivvur

It is very nice place .one of the best office in East GODAVARI DISTRCT.

Worst office and worst senior officer rao I have all documents but he demanded to pay 20000 penalty. Useless officer.
