Here the employees works good and speed. They also interact with good manners.Within half an hour they complete the total process. No waiting problem... I got my passport within one month. Thank you for your service. So Iam giving 5/5 stars.

Worst passport verification employee with 0 knowledge. We came from hyderabad.they saw my husband previous passport and current adharcard father name there is difference in 1 character They said to change name in adhaar card and come. But when we went to adharcard center they mention C/O option is disabled in adhar we can not change. We already conveyed to not to consider name of father during passport renewal or verification. We again called to passport online customer support then they said.reshedule time slot as name change and passport officers will enable edit option and then they will change your father name to as per aadhar and your passport renewal will also be processed. Then what the hell info that actual passport center officer given is nothing... Lots of time and energy wasted here. I don't suggest this office to anyone

Worest management, not giving proper respone, he is asking unnecessary things and rejecting applications,worest application verification officer, in aadhar my father name krishna mohana is there instead of krishna mohan,he rejected, but as per new rules in aadhar card c/o is not required. all Passport officies this info passed. But this worest guy did not aware of that.. in google also saying father name is not mandatory Don't visit that office my suggsion

I won't even give this popsk a one star rating This is the worst service i have seen among all the government offices I have visited The main officer is the worst person you will meet in your life he has a very rude behaviour towards the applicants he doesn't even seem to treat the applicants as humans I went here to get my new passport and given my enclosure documents as aadhar and pan card but he asked for 10th original which is in possession of college and asked me to go and get that or else a pass statement would be sufficient and then after scheduling the appointment after a month I went again today with the pass statement original and bonafide certificate from college he simply rejected my application and told me to go to my college again and bring bonafide again as my father's name was mistake by a letter!!! I asked him to verify on basis of pass statement to which he said statement of marks is needed.... He literally asked me to bring pass statement of statement of marks original is not available Just the worst service i have seen in my life never visit here

They makes simple things into complex. I carried E aadhar which is suggested by them for full date of birth but they put the passport in hold and saying now(almost 3 months wasted) to go to Vijayawada office to submit e aadhar with signature verified. They could told me in the beginning while submitting documents. It's waste of time.

I visited this office 2 days ago and the process is good and fast. But I really got angry with the main officer who is getting angry with people and not saying anything properly and peacefully. I know that he needs to respond to all the people or customers. But still he needs to tell us in a calm way and he can't scold us or get angry with us. I applied for a re-issue passport and I need to change my spouse's name. They have an option to do but he didn't do that. He says that you should call your wife from Kerala to India and to apply for a passport again. Kerala is part of India but he says he told me to call her from Kerala to India. My wife already has a passport and he told me to apply again to change her name on my passport. After that I understood that these guys don't know anything about the passport processing and the government appointing people like this to do the passport processing. I suppose to go Vijayawada or Guntur or I would have applied in Kerala itself. Now I'm worrying about my passport because I don't know how long it will take to reach me. I highly suggest going to Vijayawada or Guntur and not Bapatla to apply for your passport. Update: after 31 days later I got my reissue passport.

I wish I could give 0 rating, the new staff here is so frustrating and don't even respect the applicants further they don't know how to reissue a passport making necessary corrections in the new passport and argue with me to go to head office(Vijayawada) for the corrections even though I have a valid appointment booked at this location. Upon calling the customer care I was told that this location has the ability to make the corrections and can reissue passport but in reality the staff here don't know how to do that and starts arguing with me Don't go here and waste your time.

Well after reading those old reviews I thought Ahhhh...... it will be another worst day but after visiting there I haven't experienced anything bad. Those officers are very kind and polite, all you need go with the proper documents. if you've done any mistakes in the application they'll explain how to correct them in a proper way. You don't have to rush early just go there at the time of your slot if you've gone there early you have to wait till your slot time. The time it takes to complete your verification is based on no.of applications before your slot. I think those old reviews become very old and the office updated a lot. I would prefer Bapatla POPSK more than Vijayawada. Have a good day.
