Passport Office

As per my experience my slot was booked 8:45 am but the officer came @ 9:30 . Everything went smooth but we need to spend atleast 2 hours of time for our passport renewal, applying fresh passport. The good thing is the old man ( clerk)who comes first is nice guy who shares you all the required information about the process. Need to improve in service..........

The person sitting in the first seat at the passport office was very rude and arrogant. While applying for a passport/PCC verification, it is their duty to correct any mistakes and guide applicants about required changes, but he was not at all willing to explain. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I went for Passport port renewal,Passport process was quick.Based on previous reviews I was worried a bit asi need to travel from Hyderabad. But i think with full supportive documents I think staff will support well.

As some of the reviewers said Even you have appointment reporting time at 8.45 or even 9am come after 9.10 or 9.20 only. No one will be here upto 9.20am.

NO TIME PUNCTUALITY, ITS 9:36 AM AND STILL HAVE NOT OPENED THE OFFICE,WHILE 9:00 AM SLOT PEOPLE AWAITS OUTSIDE

Not even checking all documents and simply rejected.

One of the worst person in office today very rude and don't know how to behave with pregnant lady will raise this issue with grievances cell

Recently I have visited the passport office and the few staffings were very cooperative but one old man was not that much polite. Ideally old men will have more patience but he is not like that. If anyone took an appointment in this office please carry the required documents original and Xerox. 1. Appointment 2. DOB certificate 3. Address Proof 4. Parents passports (if the candidate is minor) 5. Candidate Color passport size photo (if the candidate is minor) 6. Make sure you have signed in xerox copies Procedure follow here: 1. First need to be verified the appointment and required documents with the staff (this done by old man) 2. He will forward to the next counter and wait for your slot time 3.They will call you for the main procedure in the sequence based on appointment times 4. That's all you are done.
