Worst experience ever...They are more intrested in starting new policy than receiving premium it's so true, when you start your new policy they are very good for everything but later you need to be very careful for your policy because they are not giving any care, my policy is for 20 years, in 5 year of term they are giving a money back, so I called them, he was like :- yes yes, the money will transfer in your bank account, then I told that this is the first time I got that money back as per rule, I know some documents like aadhar and bank details need to submitted, then he was like yes yes you need to submit that, if I don't care that I don't know what happen....and the boy who take premium never ever came, Sometimes you've to go that office for submit premium

They are very bad for receiving premiums They are very nice when you giving intrest to start new policy Very bad experience for premium receiving
