Madanpur Sub Post Office

Worst service.Delivery person is extremely rude and never willing to deliver at the door step.I would like to make a case if it was possible. For them people are not willing to use post office Ny more .

The service of Madanpur Post Office is absolutely terrible. Almost every day it's the same excuse -- link failure, server down -- making people wait for hours and still getting nothing done. This is not public service, this is pure harassment and waste of time. On top of that, the entrance is disgraceful. The gate is chained with only a tiny gap, forcing people to squeeze and twist their bodies to enter. This is not just uncomfortable but highly disrespectful, especially for elderly and sick people. A post office should be a place that helps people, but here it feels like the system is designed only to cause suffering. Such service is shameful and completely unacceptable.

A quite good place but all the stuff are not so helpful..otherwise it's good
