RTO Office

No seat facility available . But working system is better then old office. No covid restrictions are following there . Near Washroom there is no identification board available , no sign on drinking water .

Not very good place and as usual workers here are also jot very friendly but more friendly than other government offices.

In total it was nice experience. Though few official were quite rude as usual we see in government offices however overall process to submit documents took 10 mins. Post that I got the slot detail for drive test.

I have very bad experience, if your work is through an agent then everything is fine and if you do your work without agent then no one do your work here on time. They ask me to come 2-3 days later as one person who sign on my file did not come (they said), when i went there after 3 days they said that my file is going for signature and you have to come tomorrow, but if you go through an agent you dont need to visit again and again, one agent has promised me that your work will be done in same day and you dont need to come again. They also write D (D means Direct) on my file. This is very bad experience.

This is the second time I went to RTO. on my first visit I was disappointed because of their working style. I had to wait 4 hours when I gave my learning DL test. But this time all things are opposite, everything is fine, they did their work quickly. There are alot of brokers outside the RTO. They help you to getting your DL in return you have to pay some money to them. Finally I got above average experience overall.

Well I would say the things are here very Systematic. And the staff is very friendly they told you do whatever you want to know and they never hesitate to tell you something which you don't know so I would say this office is very clean also but the thing is that the toilets are not that much clean they are dirty and I think who is the incharge here should we focus on that thing because if you are coming from like Delhi NCR so when you go there you see that that is nothing to stand there so I think someone need to see that
