"Worst experience at Sector 1 Greater Noida Post Office. Staff here are poorly trained and behave as if they are doing you a favour. The parcel return because I was not available at home. And they are saying parcel was nearly sent back after only one day to sender, despite the 7-day retention rule for unclaimed mail. The postman made no effort to contact me, and the counter staff were dismissive and rude when I tried to claim it. It took a long argument to get my own property back. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from government staff is unacceptable.

Worst post office and worst 'employees' ever!! I've been to there for sending my parcel and waited for almost 45 minutes and guy at counter just processed 2 orders and rest of the time he was just having chit chat with other 'employees' and wasting time. When time became 3:00pm he suddenly stopped and told go away counter is closed! Such an irresponsible fellow who works with citizen's money and didn't even care about the citizen! Worst people ever

Perfect example of how not to work.
Irresponsible staff. They will not perform delivery. Mark the delivery as recipient not present even without visiting the location.m, and then will keep the parcel with them.

Third class service, they marked my important document as "Direct deposit on addressee instructions" but nobody gave them such instructions! I am sure they will ask for chai paani and harass me when I visit there. Will escalate it to the higher officials definitely.

Bad service. I have been coming to send a package through this office multiple times but every time came empty handed due to one issue or another. Either the bar code receipt is not present or server is down. Very unprofessional service, I would suggest to go for private courier service if possible otherwise be ready to face trouble through the india post.

Worst Post-office at all, Without any attempt and call, they marked "On hold, Addressee not found" for my very important parcel.
Today, I personally collected that document from the Post Office. However, I was requested to pay "chai paani ka karcha," when the document was handed to me. So Pathetic and Disgusting.
