LIC of India, Branch Office

This is the government organisation from the government of India. The building is old and not so hygienic. The office is on the first floor and the second floor. Water coolers available for staff. The behaviour of staff is decent even after government employees. The office infrastructure is poor. The office of the incharge officer is also poor in infrastructure. The files may be placed for one place to another. Hard to sir there if you have any work for long time.

The employees are very rude and have no manners. The manager is even more inept at this time. Nothing gets done on time. People are harassed a lot.

Most useless and incompetent office I have ever had to deal with. We pay premium of our Policies for 20 years and on maturity of the policy not only that Maturity value has not been remitted to my wife's account but no one means no one including the Branch Manager is picking up the calls. Top it all the staff is not even acknowledging receipt of the documents submitted including Original Policy Documents despite an agent who is the MEMBER OF CHAIRMANS CLUB requesting for the same and by the way the Policy was taken from an erstwhile MEMBER OF CHAIRMANS CLUB. Huh I am a retired Army Officer and my wife and children have been old customers of LIC of India all Policies were purchased from Bharthana total amount may be in a few lakhs of annual premia.

Very bad response Why is it always being with every government office? No matter how harder you try to trust upon there must be some or the other frank who is just sitting to show you that all your expectations are just a matter of your imaginatinons and nothing else. If there is no one available to attend the call then why have you guys put on that contact number.?
