I liked the services and response provided by the rta office employees, the help desk staff whom I met gave a prompt and timely reply which was so wonderful and amazing, too good , keep it up too

* I had a surprisingly smooth experience at the Jagitial RTO for two-wheeler registration until the chassis number verification in ground. * The inspector directed to a broker who charged 300 rupees to scratch the chassis number because the dealer had forgotten. * I learned there was a pencil available at the inspector's table for this purpose, but inspector will not say that the pencil available and guide for scratch. * I realized that government offices still look for mistakes to extract money, never help people who don't know. * Visitors to this RTO should ensure the chassis number is scratched before the inspection.

Worst place. Lazy govt. Staff Be prepared to wait for hours for a simple LLR certificate! Need a lot of improvements and responsive staff.

Once you book driving licence slot, you must attend at the same office, you can not cancel and book slot another place. This problem in website to be modified.

Horrible experience. Work doesn't complete with out extra money to the people work there. Without agent no work will happen. Be prepared for it.

The office was located far away from the city. And the driving test track is at another location, where we need to go for 300 meters more. No drinking water and no sanitization is taken care. Worst Management. Very less staff members. And from those everyday someone will be on leave. For such a big district with excess of Mandals and villages, there are only 2 counters for all the operations. Staff members are showing their attitude and irony on the common people. No proper facilities were provided. Always the process will be delayed for hours together.

Office is not good government should take steps to improve it

It's a nice place but there is rampant corruption by the middle men who swallowing pockets of common people. This is very common practice from many years I heard.. People say when middle men involved they get their documents quickly, if not they have to roam around the office again and again. Let's hope this will soon change.
