Credit where it's due this is one government office that actually works the way it's supposed to. The entire process was simple, transparent, and hassle-free, exactly in sync with the online system. I visited for car hypothecation termination. Filled the form online, booked a slot, arrived with the required documents, and stood in line. The staff was proactively guiding everyone ensuring documents were properly stacked and signatures were in place. From document submission to photograph capture, everything was completed within 30 minutes. Truly top-notch efficiency for a government office. Kudos to the entire team this is how public service should function.

I recently went to the RTO office to apply for my LLR. I had already booked my slot online, so there was no need for any middleman or agent. The process was simple I submitted my application and took the test. The overall experience was average. The premises were clean, and there was a seating area available for waiting. However, the application submission took some time, and only 5-6 people were allowed to take the test at a time, which made the process a bit slow. It's unfortunate that agents still operate there and often seem to get priority, which can be disappointing for those who come by themselves.

Notably, I had already booked an online appointment, paid online, and carried all the required documents after doing some basic research. The service was great, especially for a government office.

His license renewal was completed in less than 2 minutes. Being a Malayali, I've never seen such a quick and helpful response from a government office before.

I first booked an appointment through the official RTA Telangana website and made an online payment of around 655 -- the process was simple and user-friendly, just like booking a passport slot. On the day of the appointment, I visited the RTA office at my scheduled time with the following documents: * NOC (No Objection Certificate) - provided by the bank after clearing all EMIs * Form 35 (2 copies) - provided by the bank along with the NOC * Valid Pollution Certificate * Valid Vehicle Insurance Certificate * Driving Licence * Original RC (Registration Certificate) Physical presence of the vehicle owner is mandatory. I went directly to Counter 5, where the staff verified all my documents within just 5 minutes. They provided me with a payment receipt, after which I proceeded for the photo and signature. My application was processed the same day, and within a few days, the new RC card was printed and delivered -- now without the bank's name mentioned. I truly appreciate the RTA staff for their professionalism, politeness, and efficiency. The entire process was seamless and well-organized. Note: Make sure to carry the original NOC, Form 35, and RC. Other documents can be submitted as photocopies. The owner's physical presence is mandatory.

I went through Seamless process for applying duplicate RC. The security at entrance will guide you where to go depending on your needs. Queues were fast moving. For the first time ever, I have seen an efficiently operating govt office. I went without an agent. Took all necessary documents for applying duplicate RC. A special officer verified my documents. After verification, gave all the document set at counter 5. They gave me a slip. Then provided my photo and signature and that's it. Total process took less than 30mins. But be careful with parking. If you come with a 4 wheeler, you may not even find parking.

Great staff, but short. License renewal and learning license windows should be more. Not sure how will it be in summers. Don't even talk to any broker roaming around. Some tips : 1. Doctor is available for form 1A 2. Keep old license in polythene cover 3. Print all forms 4. Address proof 5. Address change and renewal can be done in one go

Please provide proper hygienic toilet facilities. People are waiting for hours, and it's especially difficult for women. This is the minimum we expect, especially when the office is newly built with our tax money. During my last visit, the toilet looked completely abandoned and unusable. How can such a basic necessity be ignored? Even if a free facility is difficult to maintain, at least arrange a paid, well-maintained toilet. People will gladly pay for cleanliness and dignity
