Excellent Fast and Worthy Service Assistant Officer was Kind and Gentle man But office should renovate with good AC setup and poor lighting and ventilation

Worst.. They are asking for bribe.. We refused then.... We submitted our application 10 days back.. No change... Not going any step further... Better go to hyderabad..

No basic facilities and no sufficient staff

I am writing to report a substantial disruption to my scheduled appointment today. I arrived at 2:00 PM for my 2:30 PM slot, only to be told I must wait until 5:30 PM due to internet delays. This three-hour delay, which is also affecting other individuals, is causing considerable inconvenience and raises concerns about the efficiency of the process. I request immediate attention from higher authorities."

Worst service, there is only one person who is handling everything. I got my slot at 1:45 i reached before 30min earlier but when i reached to office he said you should wait for more time. If some known person comes to him he is finishing work for them with more priority instead of the people waiting in the queue.

For the first time I visited this office to confirm my son's passport renewal process and I am Fully satisfied with the way the person who is incharge explained. I just wanted to confirm first that it's not a passport office with full services which are available at Normal passport office please know that it's a passport seva Kendra where they will take your application form once they verify whether everything is correct or not and if it's correct then they will send it to Hyderabad passport office where they will process your application form and deliver the passport to your address. There's no rush and it's very clean and person working here will explain you patiently. Finally I can say it's good to apply here only

This office is understaffed during my visit and had only one employee handling both Processing and Verification of my wife's passport application. In addition to that, they do not even follow-up with the applicant in case of any problems with the application. I waited 30 working days after which I had to contact the Hyderabad RPO after which I realize that the Mahabubabad POPSK Processing Officer hasn't captured my photograph and that has stopped the processing of my application. The service is absolutely horrendous and terrible for a center which has very limited number of applicants per day. The management might want to reconsider closing down this office and increasing the staff at a nearby real-time POPSK like Khammam/Warangal.

There is only 1 person and also careless. I had to go to Hyderabad with 1 month old baby for his carelessness and lost my time and money.
