Post Office Kistareddypet

My parcel was booked on 25th July 2025 from Bengaluru GPO BNPL Centre and has been sitting "In Transit" for nearly 2 weeks. The last update shows it was transmitted to Kistareddypet B.O on 28th July, and since then, there has been zero movement. This is absolutely pathetic. Either the staff at Kistareddypet B.O is sleeping on the job or completely careless. Not even a single update or delivery attempt in all these days? No one picks up calls, and no accountability whatsoever. This is government service at its worst slow, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Someone needs to wake up and do their job properly. If you can't handle the responsibility, don't accept important consignments.

Very pathetic service, every time we got our parcel or speed post, no one came to deliver at home within the range of 1 km also despite being paid for home delivery.They are making excuse that they don't have vechile to deliver the parcels and for speed post we need to go and collect. What kind of government service is this, I wonder why no offcials pays attention to this mismanagement .They are spoiling the image of government services.Hope they will look into the message and take some action to help customers.

Good. They accepted our parcel for speed post. Speed post timings 9.30 am to 12 pm only.

Office closed at 11:40 , no one is here , my article is still didn't deliver it is laying here from 15th of this month

My speed post is received in this office on 13 th Jun still they didn't deliver the post even with in 1km range also. Waiting for post

Irresponsible staff and they closed the office as today it's working hours and they don't deliver mails to home and ask us to collect from in person visiting office ,and not even bother about our parcels and simply they wil reroute more over why they closed and shutdown in today's ,kindly someone has to do check in pathetic service

I'm supposed to receive my Original Degree which I haven't taken from University from my college and Transcripts for Canada from University in Chennai. In an excitement I went to the post office thrice yesterday which is around 3 Kilometers and checked my club house if the post man has delivered it there. But nothing has happened. They are diligent only with passports delivery. Not other things. Even cheque books were thrown like any other low priority letters. What is happening with postal services? If this same saga continues, Postal Department will be only in history books and we have to see and listen with open jaws. Requested to be diligent while delivering things. Why this was closed yesterday is still a mystery.
