Waiting area could have been better. People are paying taxes, seating can be increased with proper ventilation.

Very crowded place. ! If you want the registration done better go through some broker, otherwise you will have to wait all day long. There will be many document writers around the place and they offer to get the process done faster with some charge. There will be no queue people will be there in groups. It looks more like a fish market.

Good with lot of space for parking and sitting but the standards need to improve,there should be proper waiting hall outside to wait with proper wash rooms.Also the food stalls should be given to good vendors quality is not so good with average taste.

In simple words fish market, 100% bribed govt office. Must to depend on doc writers to get registration done with minimum 5000 charges in addition to doc writing charges, which is towards bribe. In spite of high amount one need to wait for long time with improper que system and no social distance. I went on good summer day buy there was no electricity from morning to evening so suffocation was unexplainable. This office is generating highest revenue but there were no minimum infrastructure to sit while waiting, no fans, water, toiletries etc., Shame on government.....i feel out of control thinking of this office which is the most worst.

Office is closed on Working day. Maps shows office is open but still closed. Wasted my time and effort to travel 100kms.

The registration officers here do a very good job and work very quickly.
