I recently visited the post office with the intention of opening an IPPB account, hoping to experience efficient and reliable service. However, I left utterly disappointed and frustrated due to the incredibly poor service I encountered. The level of irresponsibility and negligence displayed by the staff was truly appalling. Firstly, upon entering the post office, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. There seemed to be a lack of clear direction and structure, which immediately set a negative tone for my experience. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the staff appeared indifferent and uninterested in addressing my concerns. Furthermore, the wait time was exorbitant, with no apparent attempt to streamline the process or manage customer expectations. It was evident that there was a severe lack of staff or proper training, resulting in long queues and frustrated customers. Moreover, when I finally had the opportunity to speak with a staff member regarding opening an IPPB account, I was met with incompetence and a complete disregard for my needs. The individual handling my request seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with the necessary procedures, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion. Overall, my experience at the post office was nothing short of a nightmare. The level of service provided was far below acceptable standards, and it left me questioning the competence and professionalism of the staff. It is clear that there is a dire need for improvement in terms of training, organization, and customer service culture within the post office.

Very irresponsible people are working here without decency and manners in their behaviour.after getting government jobs these people will become lazy, not service oriented. Below given 5 and 4 star ratings are most of them given by these staff members only.otherwise non their customer can give at least single star rating.so don't believe in those 5 star ratings and choose these postal service. Very worst service of government postal department in Khammam branch.

Head office in khammam and all type of post sent by them with more security and care, and the staff also good and friendly nature, may help every one regarding their doubt, and this Indian post is one of the best way of sending any types of documents or certificate or parcel with less charges and more safety, and one best thing is it having post office at each and every location in india, it can reach a small village without any delays, and thier tracking also easier, and they can update it as early as possible..... Best service by Indian post don't think just go and do post through Indian post...
