Very worst experience.. Too slow.. Favouritism.. Unnecessarily delaying the process.. Waiting time is very high. No proper response. Almost have waste whole day waiting here. Pls choose Madurai office instead of Rajapalayam Passport Seva office

Worst staff,still he is in 90's. I booked to get my kids passport but my address is Madurai. He is asking to reschedule it to Madurai office as he can't do it here. Even passport portal allows us to select any regions in south. His answer is that option is only for Govt officials. Also he is rejecting almost every applicants. If higher officials seeing this please take necessary actions on this. I raised compliant for the same. Please avoid appointment here and try Madurai office you will get good service.

I had a very positive experience, and I also observed how they treated other applicants, including elderly people. Everyone was treated with kindness and humanity. Overall, it was a really positive experience.

Good staff, I finished my verification in 45 minutes. Here's what you need to bring for a smooth process: 1. Aadhar card and e-Aadhar print 2. PAN card original and Xerox 3. Driving license original or Xerox (or Voter ID original and Xerox) 4. Appointment Xerox - you can download it from the Passport Seva website using your login ID 5. 10th or 12th marksheet - original or Xerox Xerox copy is mandatory for all your original certificates. Also, bring one pen - you might need it in some cases. Go in formal dress - they will take your photo for the passport, so look presentable. That's it. I got my police verification after two days of document verification. During police verification, the officer asked me for 500 rupees. I'm not sure why, but I think that also comes under the verification process Overall, it is a smooth and professional experience.

Kindly avoid from scheduling here. Schedule for either Tirunelveli or madurai. They conduct us like we are illiterate. Even the passport applying site gave us multiple choices for proofs but these people just want they had in mind. If any passport official sees this, kindly educate them that there are other documents for proofs can be used.

WORST. Do not schedule in this office. They're not accepting documents suggested in the passport portal. Plus they are not processing Lost passports application. I came to know this after I reached. This rule nowhere mentioned in passport portal.

We can get new and renuel passport easily just half an hour. Apply Application online in mobile portals or e sevai fix appointment . Original Aadhaar scanned. PAN and certificates and Xerox . Two passport size photo white background . Get inside for token and wait . Office nice and kind.
