Not like Chennai PSK. Very limited seating available in waiting room and very small office space. Que is also not following as per online appointment. Due to more rush and not following the online token sequence it is taking more time. You need whole day to complete your passport related works here. But helpdesk are very friendly and providing all required information politely. I recommend to book any of the Chennai office rather here.attached other information photos which was sticked there in PSK. Thanks

There is no longer waiting queue like other passport office to get you verified. Office is tiny and can accommodate only 10 people at a time but the environment is quite and peaceful. No issues to park your heavy vehicles. The place is easily accessible, if you're somewhere around tiruvallur you could choose this office for verification where you can overtake hectic busy offices in a city.

The staff are friendly and helpful if you ask them. However, it would be better if they took the allotted appointment times more seriously. What's the point of assigning a time and date if I have to wait or stand outside the office for two hours after my scheduled time? At the very least, they should provide more waiting space and chairs, even outside the office if possible, like a stone bench. Even elderly people who come for appointments are standing or sitting on the ground outside. I would really appreciate it if the government did something about this.

One of worst experience ever
The first person who checks the aadhar and other documents didn't even check the required documents but signed as verified and sent to next person.
We wait for around 2 hours there and the second person was saying that documents is not perfect . Even he didn't guide us well for further processing.
He was saying go to other branches such as Tambaram, pondicherry etc if you need to get it done.
Such a worst experience and waste of time and money here.

Worst experience..rude behaviour of staff , no respect for time (especially the Receptionist )No respect for elders Today I visited psk office in Thiruvallur for renewal of passport of my grandparents.
This is the WORST PSK experience I have ever had in my life. There is no rules and procedure followed even though u take appointment u will have to wait for 3-4 hours because the receptionist is being biased according to her vested interest even with the xerox shop
I hope some action is taken and the conditions are improved at the psk
