Passport Office Banswara

I visited the passport office today, which is located on the 1st floor of the India Post HQ in Banswara. There was a strong smell from outside, but the inside was clean. The electricity had gone out, so the generator was running on the lower floor, but it wasn't working in the passport office. I had to wait there for about 30 minutes, and it was very hot and suffocating inside. The heat made me sweat all over. I went there to renew my passport, and it took me about 30 minutes, but the heat made it quite uncomfortable. Although I was satisfied with the service, the ambiance there was very unpleasant.

The employee's sitting there don't know their work. They submit incomplete information, never raise issues and then later we got notice from Kota to visit Kota and complete the formalities. Because of them I need to visit Kota and it costed me a lot of trouble and unnecessary expenses.

The Banswara Passport Office does not handle major updates such as changes to spouse name, father's name, or date of birth. These kinds of updates are only processed at PSK Udaipur or RPO Kota. It would be better if this information was clearly mentioned on official sites or at the office itself to save people time and effort. Be careful and confirm your required service before visiting.

Very bad experience my appointment today 9:15 am but still no body come to office there so many people are suffering but there staff are very care less ....baswara passport service

Vary bad experience.. the service was very slow .. I reach 15 mins before my appointment time still we have to wait for 3 hours.. no proper procedure is taken care of.. he is literally taking the one whom he see first.

So bad experience I reached on my appointment time after that i will wait since 3 hours and the officer don't give any response and they are so rude

Office open at 9:00AM - 5:30 PM.. Appointment will available after 1:30PM. Go with Aadhar card, it will make process fast. You can make any corrections if you did wrong something in online form.

Office open timing is 9:00am morning but still not open at 9:20am
