had a very disappointing experience at the Passport Office. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Staff members were rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting applicants properly. There was a complete lack of clear guidance, and people were made to wait for hours without any proper explanation. Despite having all required documents, unnecessary delays were caused, and basic questions were ignored. For such an important government service, this level of inefficiency and poor behavior is unacceptable. The overall management needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this office unless major changes are made in staff attitude and service quality

Very bad service They are going all staaf in lunch other all customers wating from one hour

The service is so pathetic. They just walked you around in circles and circles. I had an appointment at 9 o'clock in the morning and they didn't give a damn, but ask me to date a normal appointment rather than that all which I already paid for and the money was never refunded one of the worst place to be in. I will not recommend.

staff don't know how to speak , no manors how to treat with peoples , they are public servant not God . they are finding little thing to return the person and reschedule appointment again and again . very bad . They unnecessarily returned my father's file and asked us to change the application process from Tatkaal to Normal.

The staff of B and C counters are totally useless due to that persons giving 1 star if there is an option of below 1 star I will be given that rating. My phone was ringing at B2 counter then B2 counter (14-7-25)person skipped my line and after 20 minutes of waiting my no again showing for processing. I want to file a complaint against him as well but their feedback and complaint PC is not working...they are public servants but behaving like we are taking loan or they are God

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a government office. The staff here are extremely arrogant, filled with attitude, and have no basic manners or professionalism. They don't know how to speak to people and behave as if they're doing us a favour. This is my 4th time coming here, and still, nothing is done. I waited for over 4 hours today, and no one responded or took any action regarding my work. The employees are not serious at all, they don't listen, and most of them are never present at their desks. The office opens at 8:30 AM, but the staff casually stroll in around 11:00 AM--how is this acceptable in a public service office? Total waste of time, energy, and patience. Honestly, this place deserves a 0 star rating if that was possible. Absolutely disappointed with the mismanagement and careless attitude. Things need to change.

Worst service ever, first time visited for this office, they took 2 hours just for PCC, even all the documents were aligned in file, staff shortage is their and Staff was just want to sneak out for lunch, was at token counter 11:10 and came out 13:20. Please hire more staff...

Although staff is nice and helpful, but hugely mismanaged. It took 1.5 hours just to get token after verifying documents. There is no space outside to sit and wait in case, you are travelling with your parents and friends. Only the candidate is allowed inside. Bags are not allowed inside, only document folder. The management should put more security persons to manage the crowd and queues effectively. Overall, I had to spend 3 hours there.
